Who We AreChild Policy Research Center
The Child Policy Research Center (CPRC) was created in 1999 as part of the Division of Health Policy and Clinical Effectiveness at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. The CPRC serves as a liaison between policymakers and health services researchers by developing, translating, and communicating evidence to measurably improve child health and health care quality. With partners at the community, local, state, and national levels, the CPRC addresses the most urgent challenges facing children and families.
Innovations
Innovations operates within the Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center to cultivate partnerships with community groups and agencies. Innovations’ vision is to be a leader in providing culturally relevant program consultation and evaluation services and in training the next generation of community health leaders and researchers.
The Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative
The Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative (CAHMI) was established in 1997 to ensure that children, youth and families are at the center of quality measurement and improvement efforts in order to advance a high quality consumer-centered health care system. CAHMI is based at the Oregon Health & Science University and focuses on measures of child and adolescent health and healthcare quality.
